Policy Statement: We acknowledge our duty to safeguard and enhance the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults engaged in our activities. We pledge to protect them from any form of harm, abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

Promotion of Well-being: We strive to foster an atmosphere that supports the physical, emotional, and social well-being of all participants.
Open Communication: We encourage transparent communication with participants, parents, and guardians, creating a platform to address concerns promptly.
Confidentiality: Respecting and preserving confidentiality, except where the safety and well-being of a participant is at risk.
Appropriate Supervision: Providing adequate and suitable supervision to minimize potential risks.
Training: Our staff and volunteers undergo comprehensive Level 2 safeguarding training, ensuring they are equipped to recognize, respond to, and report any safeguarding concerns.
Reporting Procedures: Any concerns or suspicions about a participant's welfare are immediately reported to our designated safeguarding officer. The officer follows established reporting procedures and involves relevant authorities if necessary.
Recruitment: We implement rigorous recruitment processes, including background checks, to ensure the suitability of our staff and volunteers in working with young people.
Code of Conduct: We have established a clear code of conduct for all staff, volunteers, and participants, promoting appropriate behaviour and boundaries.
Anti-Bullying: INNER ARTIST UK CIC is committed to providing an environment free from bullying, harassment, or discrimination. Any incidents are addressed promptly and appropriately.
